This covers the waitlist on this website. It's short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Your email address, if you join the waitlist. Nothing else. This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party resources.

Why

To email you when LiberaCloud opens and a place is ready for you. We don't use it for anything else.

The legal basis is your consent, under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You give it by submitting the form.

Who sees it

Only us. We don't sell it, share it or use it for advertising. It is stored in the EU.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist closes, whichever comes first. Then we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you what we have, correct it or delete it. You can withdraw your consent at any time: every email we send has an unsubscribe link, or just email us. We'll act within 30 days.

To have your email deleted, send us a deletion request from the address you signed up with. If you have an email from us, the "Manage" link in it also lets you delete your data yourself, straight away.

If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Czech data protection authority, ÚOOÚ, or the authority in your own EU country.
